Project Management & Methodology
Assigning the right Field Personnel and Managers to your project is important. AWFR is very attentive to how staffing decisions affect your time-line and full-life track of a project. We match our highly-skilled personnel to compliment your project and attain your goals, always attending to adjustments promptly and continually striving to create greater cohesion.
Our Field Personnel are supported through several levels of project management, all of which work coherently utilizing mobile technology and, most importantly, common-sense. All member of our management staff are equipped with tablets. We keep the latest plans and project drawings in electronic format so the latest information is available to all parties.
Each project is managed by a dedicated Site Supervisor who is onsite at all times confirming resource assignments, managing to the plan, and providing constant feedback to assigned personnel and managers.
A General Superintendent supports the Site Supervisor with full authority to make resource changes including, but not limited to, authorizing added personnel, overtime, and field modifications. We charge our General Superintendents to gain an intimate knowledge all aspects of each project.
General Superintendents are supported by an Operations Manager who is consistently engaged with assigned projects. From a larger prospective, Operations Mangers monitor the schedules of all projects and constantly identify and mitigate risks and deficiencies.
